Terms of use
By using Spectaculum (the apps for Android, Android TV and Windows, the web app and this site) you agree to these terms. Spectaculum is a product of Hosttem SpA, Santiago, Chile.
What Spectaculum is
A player that organizes and plays video files you store on services you control: your clouds, your local network or your device. Spectaculum does not host, sell, distribute or link to movies, shows or any other third-party content.
Your content is your responsibility
You may only use Spectaculum with files you have the right to play. You are responsible for what you store on your services and for what you share with other people through the social features. If we receive a well-founded notice that the sharing feature is being used to infringe rights, we may disable it for that account.
Third-party services
To work, the app connects to services such as Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, MEGA, The Movie Database and OpenSubtitles, each with its own terms. The availability of those connections depends on them and may change.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Accounts
An account is optional. If you create one, you must provide truthful information and keep your access secure. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, spam or illegal activities.
No warranties
Spectaculum is provided "as is." We do our best to make it work well, but we don't guarantee that it will play every format or be free of bugs. We are not responsible for data loss on your services, which the app only reads.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
