Delete your Spectaculum account

App: Spectaculum (formerly Cineteca), by Hosttem SpA

A Spectaculum account is optional. If you created one and want to delete it, there are two ways.

In the app

1. Open Spectaculum and go to Settings.
2. Tap My account.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

By email

Write to [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, photo and friend code).
• Your friends list, on your side and theirs.
• Your watch diary and notes.
• Libraries you shared with other people.
• The version and platform record we use for statistics.

What is not deleted

• Your videos and clouds: Spectaculum never copies them, so there is nothing to delete there. To remove the app's access, do it from your Microsoft, Google or Dropbox account settings.
• Feedback you sent through "Send feedback": we keep it to fix bugs. If you want it deleted, ask in the same email.
• The sign-in: it is shared with other apps from the same developer. If you want it deleted too, say so in the email and we delete it along with everything above.
